1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Trove, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

Trove is a personal home inventory tool. You may use it to catalog your belongings, organize boxes, track warranty information, and export data for personal use.

3. Disclaimer

Values, warranty dates, exports, and reminders provided by Trove are for reference only and do not constitute insurance, legal, tax, or professional appraisal advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information you enter.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

• Trove Pro is available as a monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or one-time lifetime purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's payment and refund terms.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

5. Data & Backups

Trove stores all data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining device backups. We are not liable for data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or other events outside our control.

6. Intellectual Property

The Trove app, its design, and all original content are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Trove.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
